THATS the one my doctor mentioned a few weeks ago! If I remember correctly, he said 770 alone did NOTHING for d508ers. And then I think he said the 770/809 was not yielding the results they had hoped. He said 661 is doing very good things in pre-clinical trials.

@musclemania...My doctor didn't give me the impression that it was in human trials yet. Which confuses me after reading that article. Maybe now that 770 was approved, this will move along faster? He was very excited about the prospect, so I am assuming it will be soon. I go back in a few weeks, I will let you all know what he says!
