I have trained my daughter Emily not to use water fountains since she was diagnosed at the age of 4. She used to literally walk by one and repeat the word "germs" and point at them!
We take a case of bottled water to her teacher and afterschool teacher and they just let me know when I need to send more!

I can't stand to drink out of them! I will go thirsty until i find a machine to buy a bottled water from. (usually try to carry my own anyway...always thirsty!)
