Our son started it at 1 year old at my request. He did it once a day with his VEST. I never noticed a difference in his health with it. We also have to pay over $4,000 upfront for a 90 day supply. So we took him off it and he has done great. He still does nebs but only Mucomyst. We were told by some of the best CF docs to only use if it works for our child. Every child is different but right now we are keeping him off it.
