We went for our third sweat test.

We got the collection device "watch" put in place and were sent to sign in on the 4th floor where the CF clinic is, I waited in line and was told to sign in at the GI clinic, they said that they don't sign in sweat test patients but they did anyway.

When we went down to have the "watch" removed they asked for our paperwork we got when we signed in. I didn't get paper work.

I was told "oh thats OK we have you in the system"

I really hope they do not fubar these results or lose them.

No one has called me back to tell me what to do about Shea having worse bowel issues on the prevacid.

I am starting to think they must think I am annoying them. 18 months into testing with a year long gap between sweat tests?? I think I am allowed to be a bit of a thorn in their side.

You are ABSOLUTELY allowed to be a thorn in their side!! Keep in mind that the squeaky wheel is the one that gets the grease. Do what you have to, no one loves your kiddo as much as you.

I was a very pokey thorn today and managed to get the results sent to our GP who will see us tuesday.

Our follow up date was set for April 27 which I think is insane.

I've got to assume it was negative, otherwise there is no conscionable way they could make you wait nearly two full months for a follow up visit!!! When my daughter had positive results, we were called by CF and an appt was set for the very next day!!!!!
