I wasn't too sure which category I should be posting this, but figured it would get more reads in the Adult section. I recieved the latest issue of 'Circle of Friends' - its a Canadian newsletter for adult CFers for those that don't know what its about. In this issue they dedicated half a page to 'Web Walking' - various helpful websites to do with Adopting, Artificial Insemination, Support for Infertility, etc, and I thought this might be helpful for some of the Canadians on here. Below are all the links from the issue:

The International Consumer Support for Infertility contains information for couples who are facing both male and female infertility:

">http://www.icsi.ws/home
</a>
Web sites such as Canadian Adoption, and Canada Adopts! and CANADopt are targeted at both prospective adoptive families and birth families. These web sites provide information about Canadian and International adoption, as well as discussion forums for potential adoptive parents:

<a target=_blank class=ftalternatingbarlinklarge href="http://www.canadianadoption.com/
">http://www.canadianadoption.com/
</a><a target=_blank class=ftalternatingbarlinklarge href="http://www.canadaadopts.com/
">http://www.canadaadopts.com/
</a><a target=_blank class=ftalternatingbarlinklarge href="http://www.canadopt.ca/
">http://www.canadopt.ca/
</a>
If you are looking to go the route of artificial insemination by an anonymous donor, there are several resources that will help point out fertility clinics throughout Canada, such as Family Helper, and BC Health Guide:

<a target=_blank class=ftalternatingbarlinklarge href="http://www.familyhelper.net/iy/iyclin.html
">http://www.familyhelper.net/iy/iyclin.html
</a><a target=_blank class=ftalternatingbarlinklarge href="http://www.bchealthguide.org/kbase/topic/detail/other/hw202610/detail.htm
">http://www.bchealthguide.org/k...r/hw202610/detail.htm
</a>
And for couples considering advanced reproductive techniques, some websites to consider are The Canadian On-line IVF Resource Network and IVF Connections. Most IVF web sites also contain information about sperm aspiration and ICSI (intracytoplasmic sperm injection;

www.ivf.ca
www.IVF-infertility.com
<a target=_blank class=ftalternatingbarlinklarge href="http://www.ivfconnections.com
">http://www.ivfconnections.com
</a>
I just thought these websites may be of use to some Canadians on here, or anyone in general starting to family plan. These are all recommended by the CCFF
