No, you read it right. I am measuring almost 36 weeks. To date, there are no standardized "twin, triplet, quad" measurements but there is for singleton pregnancies. They measure your fundal height (from pelvic bone to the top of the uterus) and the inches correspond to how far along you are. 26 inches, 26 weeks, 32 inches, 32 weeks... There is a few inches given in either direction for error, big babies, small babies, some women just don't get huge stomachs but do have big babies... but the fundal height is usually compared to the growth measurements of the babies and an accurate size is extracted from those two things.
In my case, my stomach is measuring almost 36 inches, but the babies are measuring slightly bigger than how far along I am, 18weeks 6days. Hope that makes sense.
