Another interesting fact: THC is a bronchodilator. It's not quite as fast as Albuterol, but it's a good medium-range range bronchodilator. As Twist said, vaporizers heat the air to a temperature that liberates the canniboids, but doesn't burn the leaves. The result is a good bit of THC, but very little in the way of smoke or tar. It's really the best way to go if you're inhaling, rather than ingesting.

What about the oil mixed in with brownies or something.
Interesting about a medium range bronco.
Have you tried THC? Just asking not a fed. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

Brownies work, but since the THC is extracted in the oil (butter) it's less than ideal for CFers as we don't absorb fats as well. It's also very expensive as it takes a good bit of weed to make a batch of brownies. I really wish they would do more research on cannabis and develop a medical grade patch or inhaler that gave you the cannaboids and not the smoke and tar.

So MJ is the only alternative?  Has he heard of nicorette?  The point here I think is that in this country I think its against the law, and its a little on the rude side to come to your home and not make you aware of the situation BEFORE hand.  Your house your rules.  I don't know about you but being around a bunch of loaded people, when you aren't is like being sober around a bunch of drunks, not all that fun.

Well, I think the issue of the OP, interestingly, was that they were smoking in her garage. The effect on her b/f's lungs seemed to be a secondary issue. In my mind, the guest did everything possible to minimize his impact on them. There seems to be no pleasing some people. She's right in not inviting him back, if it's going to cause that much of a problem, but one has to wonder how long can you live in a bubble. Are they going to cut ties with every friend who isn't their ideal version of a person?

I think a little education on what cannabis is and how it's been used over the last 4,000 years is in order. I think many of us will see MJ decriminalized in our lifetime anyway, may as well get informed now.
