i bet it has to do with the borderline diabetic. when i wasn't diagnosed i had to eat nearly 4000+ calories a day just to maintain my weight!

I'd recommend talking to your CF team, maybe they can test to see if you should be taking more enzymes. The supplements could help too, I assume you try to get in a lot of calories already. If not, there's plenty of resources online for high-calorie foods and your CF dietitian could give you tips.
