As I was finishing my pineapple pizza, I remembered another one: cold pizza with dijon mustard.

Also, buttered toast dipped in rice milk or soy milk. Suppose it'd work for normal milk, too.

I pretty much do the one sweet and one salty thing, drives my husband crazy. My mom (no cf) does it too.

I love dipping fries in a milkshake. I taught it to my niece (no cf), she loved it too.

Ketchup on cornbread. Mac & Cheese mixed with Rice.

One of my favorite dishes is call Chicken Mull (also called Chicken Muddle). It's a local thing I think, not many ppl outside of North Eastern NC have heard of it. It is a few boneless chicken breast cooked to pieces in water and vinager. After the chicken is done while the water is still boiling, you add in a few packs of crushed saltines (soaks up the water) & eggs (crack open and drop in, cooks instant in boiling water). Mix it up really well, and there you have it. In case you are trying to visualize this, it does not look very good but it is.

Potato chips and soy sauce. I made that one up when I was like 4 and never grew out of it.

It has to be classic lays or ruffles though <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif" border="0">
