I fought tooth & nail to get my balls.

My agency (Apria) said the insurance didnt cover them. Which it didnt....when I called the insurance they told me they pay for the MED. They could care less what method of administering the agency used.

The balls are more expensive so it cuts into the profit of the meds so although the insurance doesnt "cover" the balls it was misleading & royally pissed me off.
