What allergy medicenes do you take that helps?

So i never knew we can take allergy medicenes..iv always sufferd and been tight chested thinking its just apart of my low fev..my doctor told me to try Clairitin or Zyrtec..so i trie clairitin 24hour 10mg white small tablet...i felt great within 45 mins!..i didnt feel the tight wheeziness and could breathe so much better. Now i ended up reading reviews on Clairitin that concened me..people were saying it made them very angry, depressed, hi anxiety, rapid heart rates, etc. With that being said there were like only two comments that were good out of 50 everyone was sayig the same..now i know we are all different but have any of you had experience with this medicene?..if so how does this help you?..i have also found i much dryer and in the mornings i always cough up some stuff..hould this alarm me?

So i just wanted to know what everyone takes that has helped them and if you tried clairitin did it work for you..<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

I didnt have an side-effects from claratin, but it also didnt do squat for my allergies. The only thing that does seem to work with my issues is benadryl. Of course, its short acting so I have to keep taking it through the day and nite. A pain in the rump, but if I forget it, I do notice a negative difference.

I take Claratin ( Generic ) ,, I have for years, it is the only med that works for me.
Every time something New comes out I have tried it, But I always go back to Claratin.
I tool Sudafed when I was young , it always put me to sleep.

See im mainly just suffering with tight chest and sounding tighter..when i did use clairitin within 45 minutes i felt amazing i could breathe!..but yesterday i had a terrible anxiety atack my heart rate got up to 172!..i could not breathe it was so scary ..but i read that on clairitin many people sufferd with severe anxiety and rapid heart rate! So i believe thats why they happend last night although i could be wrong but hundreds of people had wrote reviews on how this medicene wasnt good :-/ ..thats why i came to ask my fellow cfers what all the took and if they experienced clairitin like that?..i suffer with anxiety/panic attacks anyway
