I'm about 43Kg 94lb right now and want to gain a couple. My BMI is about 18 and it'd be nice to have a bit extra (I recently was ill and lost some).
Today I had:
B: I apple and 1 glass carrot juice, black tea
large bowl alpen with extra raisins and soymilk
Snack: 1 banana and 1 coffee
L: Leftover chickpea and chicken curry with rice, small salad (cucumber and tomato), 1 thorntons chocolate, 1 full fat yoghurt.
S: fruit cake with margarine
D: 1 fried egg, chips, beans, slice of bread and butter, hummus, ketchup
Dessert later: fruit and nut chocolate and maybe a glass of milk.
I have also walked 3-4 miles, and cycled quite hard for 40 min.
I reckon that adds up to about 2500-3000kcal. Not bad work.
