I would buy a tub of whey protein.

then once or twice a day in a blender or shaker cup add a scoop of whey to some milk, some natural peanut butter, and then add some olive oil. It may sound nasty but its actually pretty good and you are getting all quality proteins and fats. This would be an easy way to gain some weight.

I eat till I'm quite full, and also make sure to add some healthy fats to things like salad and pasta ect (eg olive oil).

I think it's a learning curve since I was only diagnosed this year, and have been restricting fat for soo long previously. Plus having just been ill, my appetite is only just returning. You know sometimes you just feel tired of eating?! Never thought I'd say it! <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif" border="0">

I go through spells (like now) that I am just repulsed by food. Other times, I eat a lot and constantly. I get tired of shakes and such. I just weighed in at 118.8 yesterday though-woo hoo! Good luck Michelle.

Yes I definately relate to the constant munching, when you are never satisfied - but have not had this since starting enzymes. My body is obviously now absorbing it and getting all the calories it needs to maintain and stay healthy, but not enough to gain yet...

I've definately got a good appetite right now, but as you can relate to, my stomach has not stretched to accomodate huge amounts again. However, there is always a little bit of room for ben and jerrys <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif" border="0">
