I hurt myself when I was going to work this morning; I jumped over a fence, and when I landed on my foot it hurt a little to walk. It wasn't that bad, so I went on to work, but about three hours later my foot hurt so bad I couldn't walk and I had to go home early. It hurts most across the bridge of my foot. I do have a small range of motion, but I can't lean forward at all. I've been using heat pads for the rest of the day, and they've been helping a little.
Anyway, a friend of mine told me I might have a hirline fracture. It seems to me if I broke my foot I would have known it right away (I've never actually broken a bone before, so I do't know). Anyway, I do have some osteopenia, so it's possible, I guess. My foot isn't killing me, it just hurts and I can't walk on it. Also, there's very little swelling, and it really doesn't hurt when I examine my bones with my hands. What do you think?
