Hi there. I like long walks on the beach, heavily salted foods, and I love to curl up in front of an air filter at the end of a long day.

.</end quote></div>

HAHAHAHA
That is the funniest thing I've read all day !!! :)

Melissa and Lauren,

Thanks so much for the replies! I like the equation Lauren. Now why didn't I think to check the American Thoracic Society's web page. LOL! I scanned the whole internets looking for that calculation. You know I'm a math nut. (er...nerd)

Glad it helped! I like equations too...hazard of being a scientist. I think my fingers on the keyboard must act like a divining rod sometimes, because I've got mad lookup skillz when it comes to finding info on the web.

Off topic, but you math nuts and physics buffs might like this website: <a target=_blank class=ftalternatingbarlinklarge href="http://xkcd.com

My predicted FEV1 is 2.69 liters. My last one done on July 17 was 1.56 liters. That is about typical for me. Sometimes it is a bit lower, but I don't usually get much above that.

My age is 36
My gender is Female
My height is 5' 2 1/2"
My weight is 138
