I am going to be a RN IN MAY.. WAHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. For now, I work as an ER tech/Nursing student in the emergency room and I love it... The ppl there are like a second family to me.........I don't take care of pulmonolgy patients at all right now, and will for sure avoid that in the future...

OOps I tried to cancel sending cause I wasn't done.. I also work with the kids in my church and I love that as well. Right now that is on hold because I can't do school, work and kids but when school is done.. I plan on going back and working with them. Kids are the most amazing ppl in the world to me...

Before I had to stop working I was in charge of Accounts Payable at Wendy's Inc. I also worked for a little while at Holley Performance making pistons for drag cars when I got out of school. Got fired though. Hehehehe

I used to work at a Wendy's during my college years.
The one mistake I made was to work as a regular part-timer instead of getting into management to help out my tuition and living expenses. (got hired at one place, quit, then a few years later worked at another one.)
The late-night shift was the toughest--closing time!!! the second time around was the opening and lunch-time shift. I got good at cutting down beef costs (for chili) before leaving. You probably know now that the meat grinder has become obsolete!?
Figuring how much employee turn-around the fast food restaurants (restaurants in general have fast turn-around) had, I probably wouldn't have had a problem with working in management while studying for Electronics.

I work supporting Women's Right to Choose. Yes, I do help women have abortions....most of which are terminating because of serious abnormalities with their pregnancies. There was just a woman the other day terminating because of CF.

They pay me for ALL of my sick time without subtracting it from my vacation time, which is a HUGE bonus!

It would be hard for me to do your job, i would be telling these people that i have CF and trying to talk them out of abortions. I am not judging you or trying to start an arguement here but it would be hard for me to help with abortions especially seeing that you, yourself have CF, i think that it would be an emotional strain on me.

Working fast food is very stressful, i loved my job and the people that i worked with, leaving that job and the benefits was really hard for me, i liked working in fast pace and stressful situations but as you know fast food mgrs. work alot of hours every week and i have 3 children 1w/cf. I do know that Wendy's is very good about working around school hours and i have seen many managers work and go to college, i do not know when they ever slept!!!! The company was very good about giving me time off when my daughter was sick, sometimes i miss the work but not so much that i would give up the time that i have with my children now.

I worked at one of the restuarants that Wendy's Inc. owned here in town while I was in high school. Got the office job afterward. The office was so much better than smelling like a hamburger all day. LOL
