WHat kind of tests/questions do they ask ?

I to was in the hospital when I got the call, I think they gave me something to calm my nerves, the took allot of blood for the lab. I had an x-ray done, I got one of the anti-rejection pills not to sure which one, they gave me a bag of vitamin K to thicken my blood, and then a bag of blood. I had to shave too. The only thing I had accessed was my port when I went into surgery, they did all the other IV stuff well I was sleeping. They also did a bronchoscope right before the surgery. I got the call at 9 am and didn't go in to surgery until around 4:30 pm. I hope that helps a little!

They didn't shave me but they may need to on some people if they need to use the groin for one of the IV lines or something.

How long do the lungs last in ice? I was told that I have to be within 4 hours of the hospital at all times. So, the lungs last much longer, but they want to be on the safe side?
