metoloclopromide is for gastroenteresis...or delayed emptying of the stomache, severe GERD and severe vomitting

and if forgot:
Simethicone (gas drops) with every meal
Viokase (powdered pancreatic enzyme) in feeding tube bag at night

Thank you all for posting this information. It's interesting to see the what we're all taking.

There are some medications that I'm not familiar with, like Polyvisol and metoloclopramide, and actinol. I have to do some more research it seems!</end quote></div>

<div class="FTQUOTE"><begin quote>my daughter (14 months) doesn't take that many medecines, which gets me worried sometimes</end quote></div>Don't worry!! Many kids are older and have more need as more time passes. If your dd is doing well- and you trust her drs- that is what matters. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

Emily, fortunately, does not need much medication for her CF and I hope it stays that way for a long, long time.

albuterol 2x/day (3-4x/day when sick)
vest 20min 2x/day (3-4x/day when sick)

saline sinus rinse 3-4x/day when sick
antibiotics when sick more than a couple days (she cultures staph so they treat illness fairly aggressively.)

Creon10 2-3 with meals, 1-2 with snacks, depending on the food.
Carnation once a day.

(She is also on 4 other medications to treat her neuro issues, as well as non-prescription vitamins and a fish oil (1200mg Omega3) supplement.

eta: I find it helpful to see what all the kids are on & why too... helps me learn!!
