What time did you get "the call
For the dry run, I had gotten sinus surgery that morning. I went home to let the anesthsia wear off and my Mom to get home with food. The center called at around 12 pm saying they tried to catch me before i left from the sinus surgery. Don't eat, get to the hospital. I was told close to 10 pm it was a no go. That was close to 24 hours without food since I couldn't eat the night before because of the sinus surgery. Needless to say when the doctor came in to call it off I had very little reaction, said hold that though, looked at my mom and made her go get me food!! hahahahah...the only thing on my mind at that point.
For the real thing I got the call at 7:30 am. I was at the hospital by 8/8:30ish and i was taken away sometime between 5 and 6. I was out of surgery by 3 am and my mom and sister were allowed to see me between 4 and 5 am.
