Oops! I forgot to add therapy! Andrew does vest or flutter before school, and vest in the evening. Therapy always follows nebs. Also, we increase to 3 or 4 times a day when he is extra "junky".

My son is four, this is his schedule:

AM meds:
duoneb
vest 15 minutes
pulmicort

cyproheptadine
vitamin

PM meds:
duoneb
pulmozyme
vest 15 minutes
pulmicort

cyproheptadine
prevacid
miralax

Plus he takes Creon 10. If he's sick we add in treatments. Its rare the doctors remove any meds off, just sometimes add something new if needed (the pulmicort is new, he used to use an inhaler).

Emily is still pretty new to this and doesn't take much by way of meds. (Thank goodness, as she came into this already on 4 meds rx'ed by her neuro and adding a lot of new stuff right off would have been so much to get used to!)

AM & PM:
Albuteral via. neb
Vest for 20 min
We increase to 3-4x/day if she gets sick.

She also takes Creon10 w/ meals & snacks.

Oh- when first dx'ed we had a script for Ventolin (inhaler) as well as the nebulizer version of Albuterol; but we found that she coughs much more during vest sessions when she's done the neb vs. the inhaler so even though the inhaler is so much easier we don't use it. (We might in future if she ends up needing it independent of vest sessions of course...)

5:45 a.m. -- Albuterol & Atrovent Nebs w/cpt as DS sleeps thru it. Followed by Tobi.

Then he has carnation instant breakfast around 7 with keflex, actigall, septra, source cf chewable, Vitamin A & E.

When he gets home from preschool around 5:15 he does his vest for 30 minutes with albuterol/atrovent nebs, followed by tobi. Takes keflex, actigall, septra, source cf vitamin.

Before bed around 10 he does 30 minutes of vest with albuterol/atrovent, followed by pulmozyme. He takes a keflex, actigall and every other day a zithromax.

At 2:30 in the morning, my alarm goes off and I give him another keflex with applesauce and water while he's sleeping. That way we don't have to worry about his school having to give him another med in addition to his enzymes.
