I know this thread was started a long time ago and it's probably resolved, but just in case it's taking awhile (I know mine did) I thought I'd put my two cents in. I had CT scans that looked exactly like what you're describing. They gave me PET scans, too, which were also abnormal but didn't match up with the CT scans. Finally they did a bronchoscopy and discovered I had nontuberculous mycobacterium (NTM), which they would have treated with IV antibiotics if I didn't have CF, and bronchiectasis.
