When to do the Neb Treatment (our current schedule listed)

You can give it a try with the Pulmozyme in the evening. If he coughs during the night then you'll want to pull the Pulmozyme back earlier in the day. Many adults can't handle doing Pulmo in their evening regimen because the Pulmo continues to work after the neb is complete for many hours. The body wants to get out that thinned mucus and therefore it induces coughing. This may not be an issue for an infant as hopefully there's no residual mucus in the lungs after the treatments like there are in adults. Just wanted to mention.
Oh and what is Nose Frida and CP&P?

Thanks for the tip!! My hubby and I actually talked today about all of the wonderful advice i get off of these boards and we decided to try his pulmo treatments in the mornings so i still have the extra pair of hands around if i need them!

A Nose Frida is a snot sucker. Works so much better then those stupid bulb syringes. We usually do a squirt of saline per nostril and let it hang out for about 10min then use the nose frida to get the loose snot. <a target=_blank class=ftalternatingbarlinklarge href="http://www.nosefrida.com/

PD&P is Postural Drainage & Percussion (AKA CPT)
