aj doesn't have another doctor appt till october. we haven't seen the same doctor twice!!!! <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-mad.gif" border="0"> it makes me mad. and when i'm mad i forget things cause i just want to get out of the office. well i for got to ask about a wic prescription and a new prescription for his zantac. so i called the other day to ask for them and the nurse on the phone basically lectured me on not asking for them when i came in at his last appt. wtf?! anyways i'm mad at the office so i don't want to call them unless i have to, so here is my question to you guys. aj has been on formula since the day he was born and he's got rice already added to it. he's had rice added to it since he was like 3 days old i think is what it was. for the progression of feeding your baby i know you start with formula or breast milk and then around 3 months or so you can add rice. well since he's already on the rice would it hurt to buy the rice that is the oatmeal or banana? or should i suck it up and call and ask the doctor's office. what do you guys think?

mix the flavored kind with the reg kind and see if he tolerates it.

i basically went on my own rate. morgan has a stomach of steel. its a good thing with al the red pepper her daddy uses. i've had morgan on whole milk for a little over a week and shes doing great. they say no cows milk until one.

I use to work at a pedi's office and we would tell moms to start off with the rice and wait a few weeks and then add flavors but you want make sure you wait a few days in between adding different flavors to make sure not allergic to anything.
