HI! For those from the UK and Germany; I am curious as to the standard of care for treating pseudomonas infection (inhaled TOBI/tobramycin; colistin), the problems with the current standard of care and the cost/pricing/reimbursement issues for current inhaled therapies? I have been in discussion groups regarding U.S. issues but would like to contrast what is happening in Europe.
