i would have to look at my paperwork on the phase 2 or 3. cant remember off the top of my head.

im really excited about the head to head aztreonam v tobi its all open label and no placebo. im hoping for aztreonam

ive done about 4 studies in the past 10 months

powdered cipro
levocycillin inhaled via eflow
spiriva
and now the aztreonam

i want to do the manitol study but its a 1 year study and i always seem to find another study that interests me and is much shorter.

My older kids are on the list to take part in the ph 3 vertex 770 trial here in Australia. Apparently it is still in ethics but they're expecting to start recruiting soon I guess.

My son D emailed the dr. in charge of research yesterday to ensure they were definitely on the list, and she has told him they are....very exciting! Hope they both get on the vertex drug and not placebo!

from what I've heard we should know if they're on the real thing (because it works so well for those who took part in the ph2). I should be able to at least let you know if they think they're on the real thing or not

Cant wait for this...it has to be the most exciting thing thats happeneed in cf for a long time. Not that I'm overly optimistic or anything (just thought I should add), but it does sound very hopeful
