my wisdom teeth were removed years ago. I could not go without my nebs so what they did was remove the top & bottom teeth of one side so I could put my neb mouth piece in my opposite cheek and inhale that way. I would breath in very slow & steady so I wouldnt cause the sockets to move. Also, they cut them out so there was a flap of gum covering the hole (gross i know), but when they did the other side they put in stitches instead, which worked a lot better. I had one side done and then 2 weeks later, after the first side's cover had started to reattach to the gum, they pulled the top & bottom of the second side & closed with stitches. You could also use a Mask so you can breath through your nose or slowly through your mouth without having to hold anything in your mouth. it would be equal to regular breathing through your mouth.
