Women & Zithro 3x a week

Hi ladies,

Just wondering if you get yeast infections from taking zithro 3x a week (the Mon, Wed, Fri method 2 pills a day).

I don't get them from 3/week zithro. I am very prone to them when I go on IV antibiotics, but the zithromax doesn't affect me.

I have been on it for about 2 weeks so far no yeast infection. But it does bother my stomach.

I have been taking this medicine for years, 1x every day (250) and I never had side effects.

I had infections at first but now im kinda resistant to that to. Cipro gives me yeast infections!

Have you tried adding a probiotic to your regimen? They do wonders at preventing yeast infections from zithromax

when first starting the big Z 3×s a week i did,an i got them in mouth all the time!,, i rinse my mouth out with salt water 3-4 times a day and thats seems to work at that end but the at the other end well it just slowly stopped happening after about four month's i hope this help's sweetie .

same here, i only get yeast infections when i go into the hospital and im on IV's. but i take Zithro Mon,Wed and Friday. and i dont have a problem
