Working out

Hi everyone. I've gotten back on track with working out and have been doing a lot of cardio recently. However I was wondering does anyone do anything that is really good for breathing? I've heard that some Pilates exercises are good for opening up and helping us to breathe better? I've been doing Jillian Michaels "30 day shred" and wow it does the trick for overall cadio, strengh, and abs.

I'm just trying to add some different things to mix it up a little. Any Pilates DVD suggestions? Or others like certain yogas etc?

Thanks! <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

I have a pilates DVD that I like. I only do it once a week (if that) but it is long and hard and I believe that it has made a difference in my core strength. Moreover, breathing hard while on my back or inverted and great postural drainage regardless.
