WORKING OUT

Title 9 Sports has a great selection of sports bras, they can be a bit pricey, but are SO worth it for me (I am a DD). Also, I have had some luck with Champion Bras. Just make sure to look for the "high" motion control or something like that. A good fitting and supportive sports bra is a must for exercise. Good luck!

I'm pretty average. I usually get Russell or Champion ones. I've gotten some really good deals at Kohls & Macys. I did have a regular style, warner's brand sports bra but with padded shoulder straps, years ago that was great 'cuz when you're all sticky and sweaty from working out, it's a pain to wrestle out of those one piece, sports bras.

Or you could swim like me and not have to worry about it- lol . I actually prefer sports bras with a little shaping for everyday, as opposed to a "regular" bra - I'm a DD too and they are just more comfortable to me, especially with my vest and during coughing spells, or just achy days.

The best sports bras have a racer back as far as I am concerned. And wide straps. Victoria has some good ones. Sometimes I wear sports bras when I'm not working out just for the comfort factor!

Thank you all so much for the advice.

Target is on the way to the gym so I stopped in.

I got a sports bra that has wide arm straps and crisscrosses in the back. It looks pretty comfy. I will find out tomorrow how it does. I lucked out too! They were having a big bra sale!

Kelli

As far as I know I do not have CF. I did have a sweat test a while back and they came back borderline. One was 40 and the other 41. Now that I have some decent health insurance I am going to go get the DNA test.

I started having lung issues about 5 years ago. I had pneumonia one time and just never seemed to get back to "normal". The docs think it is allergy related. I take Advair and Singulair everyday and they help some.

I was a pretty sickly child and always seemed to have some type of respitory issue and was VERY thin till I had kids.

I guess I have been afraid to go get the DNA test (yes, I know....pretty stupid) but I am going to have it done real soon!

Seana,
I don't think that is stupid at all to have mixed feelings about a DNA test. That is a very scary ordeal for anyone. But as for me, I always want to know, rather than wonder. Good luck with that, make sure you have A LOT of support when you get it done and when you get the results. That is going to be a stressful time!
Please let us know how that turns out for you. Keeping my fingers crossed!!!
