I have been worried about my cat for some time now because he has this tumor on his shoulder that i knew eventually would have to come off. It has grown to 4 times its size in the last few months, and he is almost 18 years old . His surgery is scheduled for this thursday the 6th. My Mother told me a few days ago she is having surgery tomorrow. She had a hiatal hernia removed last Dec. due to horrible acid reflux that had her coughing more than i do. Well, she is still having the reflux so they are going to make the area where the esophagus meets the stomach so the acid cant get up there. My mother is 70 years old and i am worried about her. She also has pulmonary fibrosis, and has been having trouble breathing while walking around. PLease keep them in your good wishes and prayers if you pray.
