Worried about my mom and my kitty

My mom is doing better and better with each day. She had a horrible reaction to one of the pain meds they gave her and she just layed there like a zombie on Wed night, couldnt talk or even open her eyes. Ner blood pressure shot up, her heart rate went up. Scared the crap out of me. The nurse said they wont ever give her that again. Yesterday she was back to what she should have been, talking, laughing and they got her up out of bed to sit in the chair for 25 minutes <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">
My little Nicky's surgery was hard on him as well. He came home walking like he was more than drunk and kept falling over and Dale and i would try to make sure he didnt fall on his stitches and drain tube. After around midnight he was back to walking normal ( effects of anestesia finally wore off ) We dont know if his tumor was cancer , and chose not to have it biopsied for $$ reasons. Nicky is 18 and i know he wont live forever , but if he is with us a year or two or more, i would be very happy to have him share his time with us. I have had him since he was 2 weeks old. He was found in a box with 4 other kittens in the rain, and nicky was the one nobody picked, so i took him.
