He has had a very poor quality of life for the last couple of years, but had only been listed for a month or so I believe. I got news a high school acquaintance was in a car wreck just a couple days before Christmas... and long story short...he and his family were donating his organs. He was a very healthy man, and played a lot of sports. I'm very willing to doubt that this person got his lungs. My point though, is that his story, and yours, make the concept of transplant much clearer in my head. I'm very glad that this person was able to get a true Christmas miracle, and I hope everything is still going well!

I'm very glad that this person was able to get a true Christmas miracle, and I hope everything is still going well!
