I've been taking it 3 times a week since August 30th. I don't go for another PFT until November 21st, so it'll be a while before I know if I have any improvement. But it doesn't really seem like it has done anything for me so far. I've never had much of a problem with weight gain, so it's not really affecting that, but as for my lungs, I still feel pretty much the same. Which is like I'm always congested and coughing up a lot of junk.

i never noticed drastic changes.

it's not like taking IV Tobra and noticing a spike in PFT's.

zithro is used to decrease inflammation, future inflammation, and prevent PA cells from communicating to each other (future PA overgrowth).

I've never noticed any drastic changes since being on it. I've been on it since May of this year, and I've only noticed that my chest isn't as tight. I haven't gotten any weight gain, or noticed a change in my PFTs.
