Espeically when they showed her standing with the lungs they took out. It makes you think. They did a good job explaining cf and all the parts of the body that it affects. The organ donor part was great. I would have liked them to maybe put some web info or something at the end on the organ donation. But that's all I would have changed.

Yeah because I'm the only one that sees that self inflating, opportunistic, camera whore for what he is. While I will always be thankful for any exposure that CF gets (because the general exposure most people experience is close to zero), i can condemn those who atleast to me, seem to be turds. Here is a good tipoff (agree with me or not), a southern guy his shape, who puts out a diet book? Sorry, he knows his way around a honey baked ham more than me, and I thought I had explored every possible crevice of that beautiful succulent indulgence. While you might totally feel different than me, with regards to Dr. Phil, I can only ask if you have personal experiences with people that you have heard of having met their demise in/around a cement truck that was on fire piloted by clowns stuffed with plastique hitting someone, and then going over a cliff. If you have gone through this, I can only extend my hand to you in a sincere sense of sorrow, because noone should go through that unless *you* can't stand them.
Oh wait Becky, were *we* discussing someone's "pitiful sense of humor"? And more importantly others realizing and appreciating the levity of me saying such things, in a joking manner about Dr. Phil? Or do you think that others besides myself should reevaluate their appreciation and understanding of the word "humor"? If you still aren't sure Becky, just ask out loud, and I can direct you to some very good books and movies, and even classical plays showcasing the different aspects of humor, and the value it has played within the human psyche. Of course none of that is needed, when you automatically take offense to someone saying something with levity in mind regarding something you hold dear. I mean, who needs individualistic thought?
