Awesome article. I went to a national physical therapy conference last January and there was a 2 day seminar on PT for CF patients and one of the big issues they tackled was postural dysfunction. It's interesting stuff and important to know.

I think it's a good combo of muscle straining/fatigue, and postural issues that are so common. My upper back, especially my rhomboids, were killing me for about a month because of increased coughing and poorer posture.

I graduated college a few months ago and just got a job in Oregon as a Physical Therapist Assistant, working in a skilled nursing facility. I start next Monday!
