Yes, TOBI is 25 psi. I havent ever found specific psis for the other meds, so I generally stick with 25-30 psi for all, xopenex, pulmo and saline, which is something I found by trial and error. Why can't he swim? I swim with my g-tube... I can understand tubing if he is on his stomach but if he is on his back he should be fine.... Maybe the first 6 weeks until the track is healed up but after that he should be good to go right?! But yes, cf sucks and its hard to do ivs in the summer...

I had that problem once and I called the pharmacy and asked if they would redeliver but they looked up the specs on temperature and they were okay. It was like a certain time frame as well I think. But yea, basically what Harriet said... and Tom
