Thanks for all the replies. I hate to not use it, at one time it was really good for me and I improved so much when I was on it. I too mix mine for each dose with sterile water, I use 4cc of water. Jennifer, that is interesting that you also had trouble with it after you used Tobi. Coly doesn't...

I switch from Tobi to Coly-mycin every other month. When I do Tobi I feel pretty good after a treatment. When I do the Colistin, I end up feeling tight and like I can't breath in deep enough. I dread it when it is time to switch from Tobi. My CF doctor's answer was to go without an antibiotic...
