Most of my running is treadmill but I also run outdoors at least once a week. I have entered a couple of 10k runs in the past and my next one is in May. I'm aiming for a time of about 55minutes which isn't too shabby for a CFer <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">
