Hi out there. My name is Brian and I'm 16 and weigh 150 lb's. My suggestion would be to eat alot of meat, which is basically protein, and drink alot of protein shakes. another suggestion is get Scandical, it's a product that you mix with your food that adds calories to whatever you are eating...
