I've been trying to limit how much food I'm taking in at once. Trying to eat lighter meals, etc. I'm on Lasix right now for fluid retention so hopefully it'll help some of my stomach distention. Until then I'll just continue to ask people's opinions on names for my fake fetus lol

I needed to get a CT scan as a part of the final decision making process.
FYI: As CFKitty highlighted through her post extremely accurately, be prepared for some serious gross out, omg that came out of ME?? moments! I had to have packing and splints and I have a crazy pain tolerance, but the...

I had mine last November and it was the best choice I've made since I had the port placement! I would recommend it to anyone having sinus trouble

I feel like I get sick every 2-3 months and wind up on IVs for another month. Sometimes I'll go 2 or 3 weeks in between then back on. I'm always on home IVs; I don't often, if ever, get hospitalized for respiratory issues. If I go into...

I had one when I was 15. I had to live with the mysterious pain for months before it was too late where they discovered it in a colonoscopy. Luckily they performed a barium enema to correct it and I also did not require surgery!
Probably one of the most painful experiences of my life.

Definately caught the episode, I love Grey's! I think they did a great job (besides the Pulmozyme, I said the same thing to my mom, "who carries that around in their purse?") Of course in the end I wound up snuggled up to my mom and my dog crying. My best friend texted me that she was crying...

A gastric emptying test is when they give you either a little egg injected with radioactive dye or the CT scan dye to drink and they trace it along your digestive tract to see if things are sluggish. If they are, that could be the issue that is causing you the the distention.
