Awesome news Cindy! May i ask when you started taking it & how you take it? I have some but it makes me have hot flashes sometimes. I have pretty regular periods but I start spotting early so I want to start taking it to make sure that i ovulate & i don't bleed too early if i get pregnant...

Sarah - I am so sorry that your doctor isn't on board. I too have had some resistance from my doctor in the past. BUT, YOU KNOW YOUR BODY! If you feel like you can do it & keep up with your treatments when you have the baby then i say.... DO IT! Have you thought about finding another CF...

By the way, I'm not sure where you live, but .... Since I went into the adult side of CF clinic, I have seen 3 different doctors. The first I didn't like at all. The second I LOVED, but the third has been the most intelligent group I have seen. They are HUGE in encouraging CFers to work out...

I hear you Andi! When this happened to me, the doctors figured out that my IGE level was extremely high & they suspected I had ABPA (Aspergillus aka. mold, in the lungs) It's not something you can test for but because of my high IGE level they put me on an anti fungal & steroids & it works...
