    Oral antibiotics with an infection

I second everything LouLou said. You need to know your sensitivities. You also don't want to abuse the orals either or you will lose them to resistance. Inhaled antibiotics are great in between exacerbations, but you usually don't use them exclusively for an exacerbation. Honestly, I sense...

    Are you on Pulmozyme?

The fact that the poster created an account just to post this, I'd treat it as spam. Also, the poster is probably getting some incentive to recruit people and get names, etc and therefore won't post a link.

    home ownership

As a homeowner and being responsible for the typical male stuff around the house, I am wondering if I would be able to do these things after a transplant. mowing lawn, and other yard work (I have a large lot 1.5 acres, 3/4 acre of grass to cut) DIY stuff, fixing things, light carpentry or...

    Vest carrier with wheels

I picked up a bigger sized duffel bag with wheels and pull up handle. It fits in there great along with my compressor and nebs and meds. I think I got it at walmart several years ago.

    Tobi/ eFlow/trio?

Not watering down, but using a smaller amount of Tobi. It is not so much the concentration as it is the amount of drug per dose. You need a smaller amount of drug with the eflow because it is much more efficient at delivering the drug. I mixed my own tobramycin for years before Tobi was...

    Tobi/ eFlow/trio?

You could probably buy one with a script from one of the pharmacies, but they are something like $1700 to buy, plus neb kits replacements every 6 months at several hundred dollars. I could be wrong, but I believe all that foundation care does is take a Tobi ampule and squirt a smaller amount...
