    Is boiling for 5-10 minutes enough? I grew up in Indonesia, and we had to boil all of our drinking water. I was taught it had to come to a full boil and stay that way for 20 minutes to kill everything. Because of that, I always boil my neb parts for a full 20 minutes. Maybe overkill?

    Good point. I do carry a letter from my doctor. Nobody has ever questioned me, so I haven't had to pull it out, but better safe than sorry.
