We have been lucky with Jaden but I puree (sp?) her applesauce and sometimes buy babyfood pears for a change. As far as the neb treatments use the carseat, works like a charm, strap him in and maybe put on a fav movie or something. Jaden fought while doing them but atleast I wasn't holding her...

Jaden prunes up quick. Even in a quick bath she is all wrinkly. I thought it was a CF thing.

We always get a throat culture done at each visit which is every 2 months. And the usual routine of seeing the nurse, the doctor, dietition, respatory therapist and the social worker. Both the doc and nurse listens to her lungs, and heart and the doc checks her fingers and looks in her mouth and...

Jaden had the greasy, foul smelly stools as well. There were days when they'd look fine then be orange and greasy. She really hasn't had any major issues so far and has been doing good.

When Jaden tested postive for PA we used the car seat to do her nebs and it was wonderful. Made it alot eaiser on both of us. She watched the Little Eisteins or her Barney DVD and everyone was happy, usually the eve treatment she'd fall asleep.

Jaden takes to long to eat so we split her enzymes up and she has been doing much better. She gets two to start and three to finish since she ends up drinking all her milk when she is done eating and everything has been good to go. I was worried about her fighting taking them but no problems.

Your not alone!!! Jaden had went through that stage as well. Now at 22 months we actually eat what I make without the fight. Don't overload her with alot of choices at once. If she eats 1/4 of a french fry then so be it. Jaden was like that and trust me it gets easier. Ever need to talk I am...

Our CF doc is really great. He wants to see the younger ones before they get busy so we always have a early appt and usally we are in before we get the paper work done. They are really good like that and we see everyone right after each other so we never really wait for anyone.

Jaden takes pedisure as well and if you can get WIC they will supply it for you just need a slip from the doc for it
