Is it a lack of appetite issue? Because if it is there are appetite stimulants that can be prescribed, that might be something to try before going to the extreme of a feeding tube.

I usually have problems when/just after I'm on ivs and along with the probiotics I always take my docs have given me a prescription for Diflucan and I just take it with every round of ivs now.

If I let myself get really crappy before getting started on ivs I get fevers and they've gone as high as 103F. I wasn't aware this was uncommon, my docs ask at every appt if I've had any fevers.

Not sure about the interaction with Zyvox either but I take Buspar daily and have Ativan if I have an anxiety attack that's really out of control. I've had great results with Buspar, noticed a huge difference after taking it for only a day!
