your best be to doing nebs in a car is to get a power converter that hooks into the cigarette lighter. Make sure you get a good one though because if it doesn't make enough power the compressor might not run right.
Another option is the eFlow if you can get your doctor to write a prescription...

Why on Earth would you want to take a 25% chance of giving a child a life with an incurable disease that will most likely shorten their life and lessen thier quality of life.. I'm sorry but I just can not grasp the logic behind that.
