    For what it's worth, I sometimes can go 2-3 days without a BM. I don't think that it's necessarily a problem unless you are having pain, bloating or nausea (indicative of a SBO), or very large bulky stools. I'm not a big fan of laxatives. I try things like nuts (peanuts in particular), or...
