k..thanks for the replies...not a good weigh lose idea then..i am just fusturated though because i have been going to the gym Religiously (every day!!) and am seeing NO results!!!

Never thought about that before or the connection but thats so true!! Smokers that their breating for granted every day but won't realize until it has "caught-up" with them. Most CFers do not take their breathing ( or digestion) for granted and spend so much time one them. Thanks for sharing...

hey, thanks for the suggestion..i take nebulized tobi 2 times a day already..spring break is next week and even though I hate the thoughts of being admitted I think I may....thats true..the damage is ir-repairable and I will regret not being more careful later on... -x0x-

hey everyone, I am on all my usual meds but this past month i started an antibiotic ( cipro) and i switched from zantac to prevacid...since then it seems that i have a few pimples..not actually full blown acne but i have never had pimples before really so it seems odd? anyone else find this?
