    Advanced Directive, health-care proxy, etc..

Hi everyone! My father has recently mentioned that I should probably have an advanced directive or some other form of legal paperwork in place naming someone to take over my health-care decisions if I am unable. I was just wondering if any of you have something similar, and maybe any advice or...

    Steno Malt

My CF doctor doesn't treat my mycobacterium or my steno- ID handles the antibiotic cocktails. We seem to have found the right combination to keep those two, plus my PA and staph a. under control. (Minocycline, zithromax, bactrim, all twice a day; plus inhaled amikacin). I hadn't heard of this...

    How well can you hear?

I could only hear up to 17.7 with my volume turned all the way up... and up to 14.9 with it at the level I usually use to listen to music. I had a hearing test not too long ago; I wish I could remember what the results were for the different frequencies and volumes they tested to see how well...

    Low blood pressure

haha, nice solution. I have pretty low blood pressure too, 90s/mid-50s normally. I often get woken up from a dead sleep in the middle of the night by a concerned (new) nurse who is panicking because it's so low. None of my doctors have said anything about it though, just to make sure to stay...

    antidepressants

I could not access the full text of the article through my university library, the best I could get was the abstract. If anyone has a better research library that they can access, the info is: Nature Medicine; Apr2008, Vol. 14 Issue 4, p382-391, 10p and the lead researcher was Teichgräber...
