    AM & PM are the same for me: 30 mins (minimum....more if I feel icky) VEST, pulmozyme and albuterol nebs.

    i forget how sick I get

    Hi! I know pretty much exactly how you feel. I was diagnosed about 3 years ago - I'm 50 now. It seems like my infections sneak up on me - I don't feel crappy until I'm REALLY sick and then it hits me like a ton of bricks. I hope you're feeling better!
